On the final day of the 125km Challenge, I must run 30km from Choloma to Chamelecon, San Pedro Sula. My body and spirits were about to give, but we got up early to face the day. After traversing the city, visiting sponsors, and attending to medical emergencies, I never imagined what would be awaiting me in the last kilometer of the challenge.
In this video I show you everything that happened on the fifth day.
The challenge: trying to run 125 km from the Guatemala-Honduras border to San Pedro Sula to raise funds to build a school in Chamelecón, one of the most marginalized and stigmatized sectors of the city. Thanks to all the sponsors and donors for making this challenge possible, everyone who accompanied me along the way and members of my team for recording every second of the experience.
