On day 10 of the 250 km Challenge, Kendy Rosales, the fastest woman in Honduras in the 100 meter and 200 meter categories, joins us. She tells us about her life, her training routine and her dreams. During the 25km course that day, I challenge her to a 100 meter race to see how I compared to Kendy.
