Afterstory: At first, Hiromi felt glad that now she can date with Yuiji and broke up with Keichi, but it seems like they are in hot water. It turns out Mr. Takayuki felt something fishy when they applied their documents for the competition. It looks similar to the app that Keichi gave up due to copyright problems. This is why he made Keichi and Yui to investigated everything. And it turns out they were the suspicion of plagiarism, and the reason why Hiromi broke up with Keichi because she used the company money without permission. On top of that, she did is corporate of spying. Of course the other competitors knows what they did were sneaky and cunning. Like the video said now both of them were being forced to take responsibility by the judiciary .Yuji is struggling to find a job due to bad reputation after the competition. Hiromi has spending addiction and she is now in neck in debt. As for Keichi on the other hand, he became the CEO of the game company which is now it became uproar and their games they sales which many players and gamers came and buy it. Extra: Now both Yuiji and Hiromi were being jobless and homeless after being cut ties later found out Keichi who's now married with Yui and want him to hire them. But Keichi said , " I don't want you to forgive me after all these days you guys were mocking me and caused huge problems with your previous company. Get out, you two!" Rumours about Yuiji and Hiromi can't broke up because they worked at the tuna fishing boat where they had to face the smell of tuna so that they can pay their debt.

While that would usually be the case in the public eye, plagiarism happens more frequently than you'd think. Fortunately(in the antagonist and Ex's case), as is with most cases of plagiarism, they are usually discovered and shot down early by a competent QA team. Rather, in this case, as is with most of these cases, because it was discovered before the antagonist tried to submit a patent application, they haven't violated any copyright laws(which is what you'd think of when assuming "plagiarism = JEEL"), so this would mostly be a CIVIL suit between the original creator(Keiichi) and the idiot couple. From the looks of it, it looks like they ultimately settled this internally between both Keiichi and Yuji's company, since it was a copy of a failed project that had no worth, and was shot down before it could incur severe backlash or issues, and our MC decided not to pursue the theft charges on the Ex because it'd be a waste of time. Besides, she's got more pressing issues at hand because of her own stupidity. FOR THE RECORD: IANAL
