Running the Calgary marathon with minimal training was one of the toughest things I've ever done!
I was inspired to make this video not because I wanted to break any speed records, but because I wanted to see what was possible. What I learned through the 42.2 KM journey of pain and perseverance was this: We are capable of far more than we think. If this video has helped you inch closer to the person you wish to be-even just the smallest little bit-I consider that a major success.
