2:00: "63km to go." ROL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fortunately I wasn't drinking anything when I read that! Just knowing that would have completely killed me off mentally!!!!!! Very WELL DONE on yet another outrageous superhuman feat!!!!!! Just completed my usual 10.2km today and I was content already. But 90K? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! Too great Tess!!!!!!!!

Hi, Nothing special😊 . I bring mostly gels, with and without coffein. And salt tablets. I take a gel every 30 min on an Ultra, but 20-25 min when I run a marathon. Coffein gels every about every 4th :) I complement this with some of the stuff at the aid stations. Like a cinnamon bun or similar
