Shutdown for me is actually a b tier, because it removes max level kicks slowness, disabled emotes from briefcase, volleyball, hug, etc. Which will be very useful once veryone has max abilities

You forget that you can only buy some abilitys with real money, like sticky bomb and other abilitys. And NOT with abilitys keys. So that makes some abilitys worse!

Shutdown is really good if you know how to use it correctly. Like you touched maxed Briefcase and you can't use any abilities, Shutdown is the key to solve problem. Also when so many players turn on shield around you, you can turn off it and play it for safe. Shutdown it is so good for eliminate maps.

Dude I know where u r coming for jump, but I think it is top 6 emotes alongside punch, kick, spatula, brick, ball and invis. It is a permanent emot e in my area alongside punch. I may replace kick for once but never jump. I may play bd more than other ppl but it comes in handy other places too. For example, rush hour, laser tracer, lava land etc. For me it is the 2nd best ability but ppl can have their own opinions
