Note: Since recording this vid, there's been a couple of changes to my thoughts here and there. Iron Giant is clearly the #1 doubles character right now, he's insane in almost every way with multiple infinites and the highest damage output in the game. Gizmo is also an absolutely top tier doubles character, with high damage, good projectiles, good support, you name it

yo mirrorman- what’s the best perks for taz? i saw u using protective movement and iron stomach and i’m using them along with speed force assist and pugilist. any preference on the last two?

Its crazy you have Jason a B tier... I have ran a good 8 characters or so, but with Jason, I am literally undefeated. Whenever I switch back to a smaller character, I get whooped, then I switch back to Jason and absolutely destroy. Even against seemingly good Wonder Womans.

Jason is combo food but he’s very tanky and has some strong moves and decent combos definitely justified B tier

Jason is a little better than velma but him being combo food is an understatement. You will get tod or at least 80 damage by decent players and your dodge isnt that helpful because you are so fat (unless your parry timing is near perfect then hes barely playable) you were most likely just better than your opponents tho. only reason you prob lost on smaller characters is you werent trying, to not get hit, as badly as you were on jason or you didnt know their combos out of certain dodges. Jason doesnt really have combos its just kinda jab up light into up air and then get a dodge read and up special then hopefully get another and up special again and they die. Most other characters gotta do like 2 to 3 hits in these read timings to confirm a kill whereas jason is just like dodge read into fck you, up special, you died at 50.

@@CourtJesterCowboy This is just "new to plat fighter" syndrome. Take Ganondorf from smash for example. Bad players (sorry for lack of better term) cannot beat heavy, high kill power characters. Jason is one of those. He gets a lot worse when you fight against competent players who don't just slug it out with you.

@@devinbuerger5832 I am not new to plat fighters. The game is mid. There is no ranked. No nothing. I went 18-2 with Jason and have already uninstalled due to just being a mid game. Doesnt matter.

i'm a terrible player, but i only play doubles and main gizmo/ lebron. gizmo is almost like game and watch in smash, in that he can put out many angles of hitboxes very quickly and keep opponents in positions where they have 3 options, and 2 of them result in him being punished. he has a lot of moves that don't require much commitment, like spamming his car and jumping out, arrows, popcorn, which are good at random crowd damage. but if you make a single mistake, you die really quickly. his kill power is better than the beta, which is huge, but he dies to characters with quick melee frame data. i have fought reindog a lot, and i think he's around bottom tier. his residual damage move is only good if both opponents get hit. otherwise, your teammate is probably getting 2v1'd. he seems to be slower/ laggier, which makes his disadvantage really bad. once you figure out how to work around his arial spin move, he just can't fight back if you get in. he's way too reliant on zoning. other projectile zoners also have way better frame data to react in disadvantage, and can actually combo without projectiles. i don't think he can do that.

Im not a very good player but as a main Steven I feel like he is really far from Wonder Woman Even if I mostly played 1v1, he is slower than most characters, his kit is mid at best, his range is really bad... But if someone can convince me Im wrong, please show me! I loved his gameplay in early beta but I had the same feeling about him being too weak.

Hes just much harder to play than Wonder Woman . If u cant put up ur shield to combo insanly with him hes only a Tier . But if u can he doesn't has any bad match ups . Just hard to decide, which char is better . I mean wonder woman u can atleast somehow zone away with somethink like gizmo
