My Gloria story: i love her 60s makeup and aesthetic so i spent 80 tickets to find her. She was always polite and posh with me but then… she starting talking shit about Canberra. Canberra is my all time favorite Uchi so that was not gonna fly. Then she talked shit to her face! She asked her to dress better because she was bringing down the image of the island😒 Canberra put her in her place so quick, she read her to the ground. Admittedly, Canberra was an absolute disaster with no taste BUT that was none of Gloria’s business. She left soon after.

Literally the DAY AFTER Francine moved in on my island she was so jealous of Elmer and I’s friendship and told me she wanted to “talk to me about it” over coffee. I have Bitty in my town. I took her because I needed another Snooty villager for DIY recipes at the time. Here’s what I’ve learned from getting to know her. She is a very bold individual who won’t take shit from anyone. I think she was bullied as a kid and was frequently called ugly. Because of that she toughened up and wears her identity as a hippopotamus proudly. She is an avid art historian and collector. She loves fashion, but prefers to go against the grain. If she overhears someone dissing her she won’t give them the time of day, but if she overhears someone dissing her friend she will defend them up to the point of violence.

The explanation for everything in this video is amazing. I feel like making a list of "would this character do XYZ" is such an easier way of making a tier list, too?? compared to just "to what degree do I like them" and then ofc exceptions naturally happen for faves which is great. I also love the love that Portia got; Tasha is currently my #1 Snooty but I love SO many snooties.
