Hopes and Dreams is over the top, just like Asriel's fight; Spear of Justice is heroic just like Undyne; but Sans is lazy and pretty chill about everything other than geno, yet his song is one of the most fast-paced ones. That's what I mean by "it doesn't fit Sans's character". But, yes, its placement means that it's probably here to make people believe they'll fight Sans in neutral
