aw man i got to join the discord thingy. I made this sick looking budget setup for my gf for valentines day. spitboards gum pink wheels with gold dynamic bootleg trucks and I left the noah wood deck mostly wood but did a really cute design of a tree with a heart on it and i dug the pen back and forth so much it will never come off without sanding off the entire bottom ply. it performs surprisingly well for a budget build. also i gave it too many coats of rustoleum, which is dumb cuz it doesnt go in coats like poly it actually reacts into it's old self and becomes a single coat no matter how many coats, cuz science or whatever. like it took weeks to fully cure i put so much, but it's like rock solid smooth shinny candy now, was worth the wait. man i wish i could put a picture here ha

yo! im a new fan and a new fingerboarder because of you, today i ordered my first fingerboard, one thing i wanna learn is how to pop my board/ make it jump, when i search how to pop your fingerboard or how to jump it gives me ollie tutorials, people tell me "yes its the right thing" but in an ollie i jump, i wanna learn the jumping part, any tutorials or help? would appreciate any sort of help.

Start with a thin book, practice rolling towards it and riding up it like it's a curb. Then gradually use high and higher books and you will slowly build up the Ollie muscles.
