All of those cards are non replaceable unfortunately.

They are replaceable. Your two suggestions are correct, u can try another tech card instead of legion, like aero or doc ock. U can also try giganto instead of red Hulk

Giganto is so much smaller than red hulk and only goes in one lane, aero is trash, and Jeff isnt there specifically because he can move… he is there because you can play a 5 cost and him under sandman/electro on turn 6. You cannot do that with nightcrawler…. That is why those cards are non replaceable, legion you could replace with another 5 cost cube stealer but no card does what he does equally as well. So if you were to try this deck without any of these cards it is just a hollow and sad shell of what makes this deck viable. Just play something else at that point, no need to play a bad deck
