10000% would be the Timberwolves moving east first if they ever expand. They travel the most miles every single year. 4 teams being in California and 3 in Texas, they are close to quite literally no west teams. The distance to Texas for the other eastern-ish west teams like the grizzlies and pelicans makes it easy to see the wolves would move east

It's wild to me that Mexico City is viewed as a long shot or isn't mentioned at all in expansion. I just got back from there a few days ago and I was blown away by that city. It's the greatest city in North America and it's not particularly close.

It's even easier to build a super duper team during the eras seasons. Since we know who becomes Hall of famers, all we have to do is burn up all of our draft picks and crappy long signed players to get as many draft picks as possible to trade towards Hall of famers. The computer just weighs things differently than we do.

Idea for a video with the historic eras from my understanding: Brooklyn Nets what if Oscar Schmidt played in the Jordan era. He’s essentially Brazilian Larry Bird. It’s the biggest what if in NBA history imo. He was drafted in like the 6th round of the 84 draft but the nets lowballed him and he didn’t wanna play in the NBA because he wanted to play for Brazil and you couldn’t do both back then. He’s the all-time leading scorer in the Olympics. 3 of the top 5 most points scored in the Olympics single game, and highest ppg in one series at 42.7 2nd to Lebron in all time points scored in professional and international play. I don’t know if it’s possible to add players into their drafts or make a player to sign to bend rules that way. But thought it would be an interesting rebuild if you can manage it.

@@dreamcage1801 Yeah.. but a team roster can have a maximum of 18 on their team. 2 teams of 18 will give opportunities to players who are good but not in the NBA but also not dilute the talent pool and keep the NBA competitive. An extea 4-6 teams means that the NBA will be less competitive and hence less quality. You don't want that to happen.
