Now I know that this was just a simulation but I 100 % agree,, as a huge bears fan,, all we had to do was to keep building around fields, you could plainly see that he improved every single year. When he first started , our team was straight trash, no protection, defense was bad, coaching was horrible. But throughout, we kept adding additions,and as of last year we had a very promising season. All we had to do was just continue..

Just a small tip if you come across a DE 300 pounds or more and a low speed rating move them to DT. Because chances are they'll be a better player and higher overall at that position.

I'm not sure how interesting this truly is. How can the game take play-calling into account? It can't. Does it take into account that Russ refuses to even look at any receiver in the middle of the field or heading there? Or that he throws over 1/4th of his passes behind the line of scrimmage? He led the league in that category five years straight. I think that the offensive play-callers in both Seattle & Denver had to adjust to this & Payton made the same mistake Daboll did with teaching Jones to run With Confidence instead of as a last resort & feel like it meant he failed to throw: now they lean on it like a crutch. Fields has had the opposite experience. If his own coaches weren't *trying to* sabotage him, they will get fired very quickly. I have a video from one of those channels analyzing QB play only; He accidentally found at least 15 individual plays where the play-calling completely failed in just the first half, again, without even looking for them. More majesty from the team that _cancelled_ the designed QB rushes that made them the #1 offense in the NFL for 3 weeks straight. While Fields won't have to deal with this in PIT, the run-heavy offense coupled with one of The Worst Receiving Corps in the league won't make him élite either. Assuming they'll let him start. Honestly, even *with* what you pointed out that they got just from the Bears, Omar Khan can't save this team. They need to rebuild now. Where are they going? 7 wins?
