My guy, you are rebuilding a ghost town and the surrounding infrastructure and you built middle class single family homes. Build a trailer park with gravel roads for nearby workers and you can triple your work output easily with the right hires. With what you built, you'll likely get 2 new sets of hands per household for the whole town while a trailer the size of your own can fit the same with significantly less prep.

I’ve never played. Is this game actually start from the bottom and work your way up? Or right off the bat can you get all the tractors and land you’d like?

@coopercollins1780 you can actually do both. If you start as new farmer the maps have equipment already available and land. Most of the time it is older or less powerful. Or you can use mods to get money and buy all the new or big equipment right from the start. With over 5,000 mods available you can play however you like.

@jak100abc the game does have a good multiplayer mode as well. Cross-platform play makes it easier to have up to 16 players on a map and Gportal servers allow the farm to be worked on 24 hours a day.
