I've been making a Sutton Utd RTG and I'm in season 5 in the championship, and I've found some hidden starts you maybe can use in other rebuilds, Sonny Cox of Exeter is one of them 17 years old and 61ovr, I've got him to a 87 already and he grows really fast and another one is Olafsson from the free agents, he also grows pretty well and he's at a 85 already! And the last one I found is Will Fish from Man Utd, he's also a great talent!

Would love to see a Leyton Orient rebuild in the near future. They’ve got some good links to the prem especially North London loaning in players from both Tottenham and Arsenal in the last few seasons.
