TIP FOR CAREER MODE: As soon as you load in a new season after completing a season. Straight away go to free agents, go for the Top 10 countries, filter age 16-22 and you should fine some regen ballers. I recently got a 20 year old at 95 rated and he was free despite a huge £465k a week wage

Free agents are easy to do. U can find regens easily. U only need to look in the top 9 nations, narrow age from 16-20 and u will find so many regens

Neil warnock got them to the Premier league once Harry redknapp got them back to the top flight. Now QPR are changing managers regularly like Watford
