Hey! I started my Cowboys franchise exactly the same this week! Love that you include your settings too! Franchise building used to be my “break” from reality! You got me back into coaching football again - 12-15y olds and 17-19y olds in Sweden! My former team, feels amazing to give back and see the development at such an early age!
