I think if you get the XP/reroll reduction its worth leveling or rolling down to 40. You will be back up to 50 the next turn and you only lose 1 interest. However, you save 3 gold on exp. If you go further then that you lose more interest though. Down to 30 you save 6 gold (maybe 7 if 29 + win) However, you lose 2 interest the first turn and the second will depend on your win streak. If you are streaking this could be worth as you make your money back in two turns only losing 3 total in interest, but if not you will lose 2,2,1 in interest and opportunity cost as you can't buy units as you make your money back. (without losing even more in interest) A bit of overanalyzing on what I feel about this charm. Hope this helps :D
