I have a similar box with the same core units. I have my fastest runes on Ren (+220 Swift broken). When should I pick Ren in general? Also, I have Sonia has well but I haven't really been using her. When should I pick her and should I transfer over my fastest runes to her instead of Ren. I didn't really see Ren being used in this video. My acc has 2 LDs in Jackson and Nyx but I never use either of them since they don't seem any good to me, unless I'm mistaken.Also noticed that this box has no +33 speed lead?

The box gameplay itself does not require a 33 lead (doesn't hurt to have one, you can always incorporate it if you want) because the core team is Layla Tomoe Haegang. Ren is used if the opponent goes hard 1st turn with a fast base spd unit. For example if the opponent went with Eshir/Ethna, you can go Ren. Now you might say Ren doesn't do anything even if he takes first turn and the opponent has Will. This can be true but you have to remember Ren has S2 that has a threat state. This can render units like Ethna to target Ren when it doesn't want to. Eshir can be different but a lot of Eshirs are not on Will so using S3 with Ren can render him somewhat useless as well.

How come hae is so much faster than the rest doesn't that risk being cut by immunity units n kinda mess things up ?

Hae's speed is not that much faster, for example if Hae moves, Layla should have no issue moving next as it will gain atk bar. I believe Hae was +180 and Layla was like +173 (assuming she moves next due to debuffs) and Gojo was like +175?
