I do the same thing TYC on front on back CCC. And I also have a business card. If they just get waxmelts I just put the business card in the order and write thank you on their receipt

the laser thermometers do measure the temperature of the liquid, but only the surface of it, which is often a different temperature from the part actually touching your pot/the inside of the liquid

Thank you for your comment & explaining that to me 💛 I thought it was measuring the pitcher bc I would sometimes use both thermometers and they were different measurements lol 😆

I always hear people say they regret buying packing peanuts! I think the only reason I don't regret it is because I ordered biodegradable peanuts and wanted to guarantee that my branding was eco friendly
