Even in abroad they have second hand shops which even the white themselves joined a queue to go and by their choice of dresses in the second hand shops so it's never a problem when a poor Ghanaians have this in their own country. Never seen in states here . “For your knowledge “ It depends on the product ! I have been to China couple of times , second hand products are everywhere in the world but guess what !
