I have a few tips that might make your life better. 1. Instead of having a circle head turn mobs into a Minecraft style 2. Remove texture for mobs with glowing features 3. Texturing using photoshop noise makes it look weird And 4. Learn to fix the animations for models Other than that these look really good :D
