The Novo seem the most interesting to me. Having so much variety based on animal species on top of people being able to be half Novo, I'd imagine they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes.

Men sounds like race of anime Protoganists. But not in the bad way. More intresting than usual humans without powers and with huge population and tech. Would like to hear about nonhuman races

i think men are the most interesting because their abilities are so different from the other two and its more unique than things i may have seen before with magic systems or fantasy wildlife

I like the castes and novo a lot. The novo having animal traits is cool(I am a sucker for demi-humans) and the castes, well they are basically mages so that's also awesome

I'm attempting to write a fantasy project of my own and flip though youtube for inspiration What I really liked is the very distinct lines you drew between all the races They are all "humans" and all have distinct "magical" attributes that sell them with the idea of "there is no normal, just variations of weird humans" Removing true humans is a great step towards cool worldbuilding liked your video!

Can't wait to hear more about the different nations and cultures! Do the different cultures of Castes ascribe different meanings to certain runic tats and their shape and placement on the body? Do the pure Novo look down upon the mixed novo? What do the Castes think of the magic of the Novo and vice versa?

Can't wait to share more with you :) Different caste tribes make their tattoos differently, like comparing henna styles VS old Slavic body tattoos. The tattoos have an influence on their magic usage as well. And novo generally are very community centered and accepting regardless of gene expression quality. There are some who do look down, but generally that ideology is shunned by mainstream novo culture :)

@@003mohamud Right - except the baby doesn't imprint it on themself, that part might have been misunderstood. In this case, at birth an elder, parent, guardian, or tribe leader imprints the tattoos on them. It's imprinted by someone else at an early age👌
