the build is awesome, the way you made the code is a little weird, and I know chiseled bookshelfs aren't out yet, but they would be great for this because the NBT data saves when you put the book in the chiseled bookshelf.

Ok so, first of all, thanks, second of all here's how it's made: Warden is attracted to sound so there's noteblocks activated when you enter through the door to attract him to you. The lockers have 2 pressure plates, one that puts you in creative when being fully inside and teleports you to the minecart location, and the other puts you in survival when you exit the locker. If the minecarts fall down to hit the floor then it does /kill @p, there's a timer so that it teleports you back to the locker afterwards if you don't mess up the heartbeat. The end door can be done by making a redstone combination code door, there's tutorials on KZbin for that. Some of this was edited since there's no way to stop the warden from shooting his laser. Lmk if you need anything else :)

Fun fact: on Roblox door 50, if your playing on multiplayer, and hide in the closet, and the cutscene starts, and you get out, you will get teleported to door 50. WAIT RIGHT THERE! If your quick enough, you can go backwards and get stuck behind door 50! (You can’t get back inside I have done it before)Tip: just try dying to hide and revive or play a different server.
