Technically this is not the first Scratch Game. This is a mere remix of the original which is inaccessible due to being made before Scratch released. The real 2 candidates would be Weekend and Sandwich, both by andresmh. Weekend shows an interactive restaurant, so it's not a full game. So the first game ever on Scratch (released to the public and not deleted) is Sandwich. It is a basic platformer with the story of a student wanting a Sandwich.
