My favorite part of your build videos is that you actually take the approach of real architects and interior designers in the way you try to incorporate the build into it's surroundings, so the whole build is not only visually pleasing and practical but also seamlessly blends into the environment. I think that's what makes you one of the most popular builders Personally I never touch this apartment - I played in it once and it was fine but after a while the lot lag just became too much to handle. Loving this build though so I might give it another try. Also Bowser snores like a seesaw 🤣 PS: I'm pretty sure there is a gym mat, it's an unlockable through the athlete career. At least I think so😅

This reminds me of apparent building in Bangkok where I spent 1 month. It had 30 floors, thiny apartments but had security, pool area on 6th floor, super beautiful library as coo working space, gym and quite large rooftop garden with trees and lounges. This is great lot for me to recreate that. Views were stunning as well.

This is awesome! When I’m I redid this I took a whole bunch of the space in the top floor out to keep high ceilings in the bottom since the house felt so big. But I can’t wait to download this build and play with it!

I turned the basketball court into the full living area with a massive kitchen, lounge and dining room. The weird long bathroom I turned into a laundry and the upstairs area where the “dining room” is I turned into an art studio because my sim is a famous artist. Turned out pretty good

this is an amazing lot to play in I had so much fun playing 2.5 generations here because there is so much to fix up as I played out their lives. I had to two dining areas! The bottom one is a bar table place and the one on top has a Dine Out Chef Kitchen setup that allows my Sims to make Dine Out special foods! I went with the concept that the family who lives here must be loaded (which was the case with my legacy family). I ended up with a rocket ship too and only shifted out when the lot became way too laggy.

I have NEVER played in this apartament before so I don't have any opinions on this (expect that the neighbourhood looks so ugly haha) but I soooo respect your decision to keep the basketball court!! Also, the decision about the swimming pool - although the pool itself is funnily slim and long - is hilarious, I hope the neighbours below had their rent lowered or something for that 😆 As for the build itself... I love the batons instead of walls as well!! I started using them as dividers because of you and it was a great idea, I'm very thankful. Also, I too love to copy the shape of the apartament so it matches the rest of the building!! The inside looks so phenomenal, I just cannot express it properly. I was amazed from start to finish. The patterned rugs, the sauna (LOVE that), the "custom" chandeliers... DEFINITELY a banger in the building streak!!

There’s a sink that comes with island living that a free standing sink. In combination with your preferred counter raise the island living sink to the appropriate height and it looks like one cohesive unit. That’s my only sim hack I learned on my own. Hope I explained it well enough.
