First off, I want to say that all the builds you did for this world are stunning! Whoever says you are not a builder is straight wrong! When it comes to what is more difficult or easy, that is definitely subjective. Give me a bigger house any day over a tiny one. I am struggling with those little trailers in Oasis Springs right now! LOL I also struggle with roofing and stairs. So, if a build has those, they are much easier for me. Landscaping is challenging for me too, but I am getting better doing all of these on your save file. You have also inspired me to do more fountains in my builds.

I've found the EASY - VERY HARD Guides great for gauging which lot I work on, depending on my mood. If I'm watching something and just want something fun to keep me occupied, I'll do the easier builds. When I have a couple of hours and room to use my brain, I'll do the harder builds. I'm the opposite to you and have found the small lots a LOT of fun to do, which I wasn't expecting at all! 😊

For the shop/apartments at 20:42, you can use sales tables downstairs to make them useable! I did that in a set of shop/apartments I made in Newcrest (trying to go for an Art Deco style Newcrest, which is.... working out like you'd expect lol). For some ideas, you can make one of the owners a writer and have them sell their books in their shop and the other sim can bake and sell their cookies. If you have City Living, you can also do a painting gallery/shop on one side!

Yk what I'm excited for if you decide to do the university world cos it's meant to be based on the UK (Henford on Bagley too I guess but the countryside vibe doesn't offer as much potential) In my main save file I turned the two out-of-place massive town houses Britechester into how they would look if a UK landlord took them over and turned every room into a bedroom for a crappy student let - they look great like that and was a lot of fun would recommend

If you struggle with pronouncing "acacia" just remember that Eric lived at 29 Acacia Road. Eric is a schoolboy who lives an amazing double life, for when Eric eats a banana, an amazing trasformation occurs. Eric is Bananaman! Ever alert for the call to action. You are all probably too young to get this reference but if you search for the intro to Bananaman you will find that Acacia Road is clearly said in the into to that classic cartoon.

I’ve been downloading a few to add to worlds I already have but I am so excited for the save file to be complete but I will be sad when the series is done! Maybe you could do a second series showing off how YOU would finish the builds off or touring other people’s completed builds (the later might be confusing for people downloading the originals from the gallery)

I tried to buildt a graveyard. Miserably faild and just picked something from the Gallery. 😂 I'm just impressed by everyone who is able to come up with anything good. My houses literally look like the house drawings of an 8 year old child. 😂 I think it look good but than I see what others create and I know my builds are just at the same level as the EA Builds. 😂😂😂

You downloaded each house of the gallery individually to the named plot/location. Search for the location name+ satch/ satch + location name (can't remember off the top of my head which way he's done the hashtag). Once he's done ALL of the world he will release the save file ( usually via their own website like other creators have done) - you copy the file and add it to your save file and can launch it from in game afterwards, but he's got a while to go before he's finished all existing world and it's likely that EA will be adding more before he finishes the existing ones so that extends it too.
