Rob, the thing I love the most about you/your business, is the way you handle all the incidents, accidents, and situations… so straight forward and never looking to gouge someone, you just want to be made whole… most businesses/ business owners are always trying to capitalize on misfortune and mistakes to make huge profits…

@3:46 he shows it , but how can the rotor gouge the wheel without other damage than a just a flat tire?
@losojosdehotspanish21629 сағат бұрын
@ a really bad driver maybe it was one of those hold my beers and he did something insane like go over a speed bump at 30 mph.
@brian5o9 сағат бұрын
@@mindblownwatcher8536 a flat tire wouldn’t cause the rotor to contract the wheel, either, if the wheel is properly attached to the car. The only way I can imagine this even happening is if the wheel attaches to the car using bolts instead of wheel studs and lug nuts, the tire guy didn’t tighten them before dropping the jack, when he did, the bolt detached causing the car and rotor assembly to drop and the weight of the car to press the rotor into the wheel.

Living in Utah the roads are horrible for potholes and flying rocks, on my third windshield for the last 9 years, lucky I have a bug deflector for the hood.

The question is why even bring your cars to Utah if they aren’t protected properly. Sucks for you to have paint work on the car fax and doubly sucks for the client to have to pay for it

How to you put a rotor through a wheel?
@brian5o9 сағат бұрын
That’s precisely what I am wondering…. The only way possible that I can think of is maybe the car uses bolts to attach the wheel (as opposed to wheel studs and nuts) and the tire guy dropped the jack without the bolts being tight, the bolts came out causing the weight of the car to press the rotor into the bottom lip of the wheel.
@Gavin-1488 сағат бұрын
@@brian5o But the damage looks too clean a pattern for that. Its beautiful actually. Strange.
