for 1.5k ... its a very small bedroom ... most apartments in CBD don't even have a balcony. Imagine if the whole building was in lockdown due to covid19 infection, you will be stuck in that small bedroom for 2 weeks ! But now rents in CBD is going down since everyone is trying to move out of CBD to outer suburbs due to Pandemic lockdowns. You are better off getting a unit in out suburbs near a train station with a nice backyard and a park nearby ... finally after Melbourne being in a lockdown for so long people are realising the importance of out door parks and backyards....
