SKYY LOVE using it by columns is what I prefer to because it lets me easily see how much I left. That said I just prefer to buy like one big bottle of kombucha etc.. have a bunch of tiny bottles because it takes up less space.

I also organized my refrigerator with bins I got on discount in TJ Maxx, mamita! The results are amazing, I find myself just opening it to see how pretty it looks; I stand there looking at it as if Jason Momoa was in it! I also have a bin labeled " Eat me first", where I place leftovers to eat them before they have a chance of turning bad.
