Rewatch the end where Pat in the most lackluster tone claims 'that speech has him ready to run through a wall" The specifics of the firing aren't the point here, it's the boundaries that come with having an active QB as a part of your show instead of a subject. How come you didn’t ask the question of Aaron was he given the option to quit to resign as opposed to be fired? Firing someone usually indicates a high degree of emotion to get rid of some thing that they consider highly detrimental to an organization. Talking to him and having him resign in an amicable way, makes it much better for the resign or and makes the organization look more responsible to the people they consider important or at least at one point considered important? So why didn’t you ask Aaron that simple question why didn’t they offer him the chance to resign to the public in a press conference, as opposed to boom!
