About 20 minutes in to the video so not sure if you've figured it out but you can slow sim to watch the games and also retiring the coaches doesn't actually retire them. I have a dynasty where I just follow along and watch all the match ups between top 25 teams and then retire the coach each week. It doesn't affect the coaches career record or skill tree.

Personally, I'm not to shocked that the MAC was the highest prestige. It cares alot about the overall strength of the conference and not the strengh of the best teams. The MAC was actually carried by a very strong bottom rather than a strong top(as NC State showed getting blown out every year in the playoffs, bless their hearts.)

I made the conferences make sense. Pac 12 is all cali, oregon, Washington, teams and boise, and Hawaii MWC is all the 4 corners teams, unlv and Wyoming Big 12 is all of texas and just Louisiana. MAC IS north 2 Louisiana, and all teams up to Minnesota Big 10 is all michigan teams, all Illinois teams, Wisconsin, and all indiana except ball state. AAC is all ohio teams, all Kentucky teams and ball state. Sun belt is all of Florida , LSU, and the southern most neighboring schools. ACC is Syracuse and all atlantic coast city schools SEC is still the toughest with all of Tennessee and the remaining schools of Georgia , Alabama, and Mississippi. And CUSA is all remaining schools between Buffalo and south Carolina
