NBA History has alot of great moments that make the NBA one of the best and exciting leagues of all time. But today, I wanted to RESET NBA HISTORY IN NBA 2K24! So we are going back 1983, the year before Michael Jordan would be drafted, and seeing what different events would go down in NBA 2K24's MyNBA mode and create our OWN NBA HISTORY TIMELINE! In the 2020s Decade. We finally see the European takeover start just like in real life as Giannis, Nikola Jokic, Embiid, and Luka Doncic all win championships. There is also the retirement of Kobe Bryant and Lebron James, the reign of Ben Simmons being a 2x Finals MVP, and much much more!

This sim was so amazing! Going to really miss this series. Now that this is wrapped up, I’m going to put down my final thoughts on everything that’s went down. This might be a little lengthy. I would say the G.O.A.T in this universe is undeniably Magic. 5 rings, 5 Finals MVPs and 5 MVPs. Lead his team to 9 Finals appearances. Can’t really get any better then that. His longevity and consistency was amazing, and him finishing as the all-time assists leader with over 16,000 was actually insane. Never mind the fact that he also had over 33,000 points. Truly elite. A close runner up for the G.O.A.T would be Vin Baker with 3 rings, 3 Finals MVPs and 2 MVPs. Super dominant peak from him, and he easily became the Sonics G.O.A.T. MJ, LeBron and Kobe were in no doubt, disappointing in this sim. Zero championships for the 3 of them, and only a combined 4 Finals appearances. To see MJ flop with a failed Big 3 with Stockton and Malone, and LeBron and Kobe’s team-up going nowhere was tough to watch. The G.O.A.T sim teams were no doubt the Sonics and Spurs. 6 championships for both of them. The Sonics had two legendary dynasties in the 2000’s and 2010’s, and the Spurs were just a really well-run team that consistently made the playoffs, and always rebuilt really well to stay contenders. Shout out to the late 90’s Hornets three-peat team and the Big Bad Brad Bullets squad as other standout teams in this series. The best finals game in this sim was the triple-OT Game 2 of the 2016 Finals with the Sonics and Wizards. An absolute classic to watch, and Rodney Stuckey went crazy. In closing, this series was one of your best Alvini. You did a fantastic job with it, and it was a great viewing experience. 10/10 from me.
