I remember some of your early course opening windows - you’d made a point of saying that your course wasn’t the cheapest, but that you thought it was actually something that would work in the student’s favour. It told you that they were serious. (I mean you used different phrasing to that, but that’s the gist!) Congratulations on the lifetime of your courses. You made an impact on many lives through your courses, but also through the content you made, and continue to make, for your podcasts and KZbin. Thank you, and cheers to the future! 🍻

Great video Doug! Question for you - do you think there is a path to build a newsletter business? I have a youtube channel and get a decent amount of traffic to my website. I am thinking of doubling down on my funnel and building a newsletter business. Is this a viable strategy? Would be really keen to hear your thoughts!

Yes, absolutely. It's still a great business model and has been getting more attention lately. If you have traffic, then you have a headstart!

I dealt wtih the exact same thing. I cancelled my kajabi last year. That 2k price tag is hard to swallow. I ended up having a Appsumo LTD with Heartbeat chat that I got a long time ago. So I migrated everything over to it and now the course is up deprecated the blogging section, bolstered up the youtube section, people have a place to chat, and I don't have to pay a monthly fee... win-win!

Great solution. If you can use everything at Kajabi, then it's cheaper and very very good. But for now, it doesn't make sense.
