This is exactly how I felt. I panicked about my previous religion. I was Christian almost all my life (currently 21) but I kept asking questions and not getting answers. I love learning about religion and cultures; so, I looked into almost every religion. Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, Zoastrianism (probably spelled this wrong), but nothing stuck with me. I laid in bed depressed for days thinking about it. I knew there had to be a God; I couldn’t be atheist. So I asked someone I knew about Islam. We had a very long conversation about it. The thing he told me that stuck with me is that, “the Big Bang theory couldn’t have happened out of nowhere. Why? Because that something had to come from somewhere.” That really hit me along with other things. At the end of the conversation I told him I wanted to revert. He asked if I was sure because I said it so suddenly. I reverted to Islam 7/19/2022 Mashallah may Allah guide us all

Beautiful. So beautiful. I was born in jewish tradition but never felt connected to it ; I felt it was void, I didn't feel connected to the values and the history which felt just like fairytales. I had the chance to meet amazing muslim who were SO open hearted and told me "You are jewish and we accept you as you are because your religion is totally respectable and in Islam, we accept differences". And they really did. I met some crazy beautiful people like this who taught me a lot about Islam until I started to really find so much more sens in it than in Judaism. That's a beautiful religion.

Oh Really! If you want to know what is the prerequisite to go to heaven and not to hell, here is the answer: John14v6: Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you want to know if the Lord Jesus is God, here it is, plain like black on white. John 14v9: Jesus replied, “Philip, I have been with you all this time, and still you do not know Me? Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? No man who ever lived or lives on this earth can say such a thing except Jesus alone because He is God. Some will challenge this saying "Oh Jesus said: 18“Why do you call Me good?” “No one is good except God alone." (Mark 10v18). Well in fact what the Lord Jesus is doing here, he is addressing to the Jews by just playing on words. He is telling them you call me good but you do not believe that I am God (remember they stoned him for saying He is the Son of God). Yet you call me good, however no one is good except God. So here he is clearly confronting the jews about their belief of who He is. He is God because only God is good. And if you are not convinced yet, then read John 11v25. John 11v25: Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies. 26And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” Only God alone is life and can give life to someone. So Jesus is Lord and God. No wonder Thomas said in John 20v28 “My Lord and my God!” And our Lord Jesus did not rebuke him, instead Jesus said "Now you believe?” (I am paraphrasing) Read it for yourself in John 20v27-29 27Then Jesus said to Thomas, “Put your finger here and look at My hands. Reach out your hand and put it into My side. Stop doubting and believe.” 28Thomas replied, “My Lord and my God!” 29Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” … So my friend STOP doubting. Story time: Months ago, I met a girl, we started going out here and there just to hangout and to have fun, two weeks in everything was going well, I picked up her insta, and later on she gave me her phone number. I was posting reels, quotes, short videos about Islam/Islam related topics here and there, and she was seeing the things that I was posting. Later on, about 3 weeks, she lost interest in me because I was faithful and strict, and because I didn't get freaky with her, so I cut her off in return. The moral of this is that don't give up on your religious morals and standards for a girl that's not religious or not as religious. There are plenty of girls that are as faithful and strict and obeying as you or even more than you. Maintain your faith and value!

Do you really think God would be that petty that he would shun you just because you want to find a partner? Things like not eating pork and not drinking alcohol are fundamental aspects that will not change over time - but I don’t believe dating comes under the same category. A truly good person who dates someone imo would have a far better life after death than an evil hearted person who has an arranged marriage.

Coming at this from a Christian perspective, a lot of the trends you describe are paralleled in “followers” of my faith tradition. Seems to be a common trend that people latch onto religion for the social structure it provides as opposed to faithfulness to the beliefs(this is referred to as extrinsic religiosity in the sociological literature). If it is not in it's own creations, then is it really infinite since infinite is everything and is also infinitely nothing? Why would infinite create finite, unless infinite is also infinitely finite, which would not make it both infinite and finite and the same time. If you look at it in different ways, there can be an infinite amount of explanations, some that humans won't ever find out because we are finite. Please, tell me your opinion on this. (Sheesh that's a lot of infinites)

I'm also hindu I've noticed from this video that Islam and Hinduism have a lot in common. The way Lucid explained his understanding of god in Islam is almost identical to the Hindu understanding of Brahman. On top of that, watching his videos over the years and now knowing it came from an Islamic perspective, I also see many similarities to Hinduism regarding self control, purpose in life, good morals, etc...

While all you guys message is 'cute' it is incorrect, the core and primary message of Islam is that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and without that there is no Islam. Hinduism fundamentally contradicts this therefore there is no mixing between the two religions. If hinduism's concept of Brahman was in anyway sufficient as @Frostee suggests then Islam would have never come down as the polytheists which Prophet Muhammad SAW was sent down to rectify, themselves had a similar concept.
