Well, here we are again. I had a different approach in mind and wanted to build a board around Arborist V2. I think this should cover all my post rock/doom/shoegaze needs.

I absolutely love those punchy post tones, e.g. Kowloon Walled City which probably has the best sounding guitars of anything I've heard

Great idea to build around the Arborist. I love the concept of building around one main pedal. I wouldn't mind seeing a board built around the Swamp Lord. That thing is an absolute beast.

@@nicholasrella6904 thanks! Usually i build around the lowest gain pedal and work my way up. Especially since i usually place muffs last because they do tend to squish everything that's in front:)

I like the idea of choosing a special pedal that really stands out to build around. You have an excellent approach with this board. It sounds amazing. I love the ideas & inspiration. I don't recall if I've ever tried a muff at the end. I usually run them towards the beginning. Hyper fuzz really loves to be first. I wonder how that would sound towards the end. Anything's worth a try.

Again an awesome video. One thing is the educational aspect, but always with excellent audio as swell ;-) A quick question, I noticed the absence of the Owlwood, which pedal resembles this the most from your current setup?

@@janh.370 hey, thank you, that's very nice of you! I used owlwood in the previous setup to add some more mid range punch. Arborist does that plenty already that's why i put Glass Palace there. It's a bit flatter:)

@@nicholasrella6904 haha i never buy socks because every birthday, christmas or any other occasion, people always get me socks (because i have become the dude with the funny socks, on stage as well). It's gotten out of control. I have at least 15 pairs I have never even worn 😄
