The boxes were 200 a piece and most of them had 50-100 dollar cards .. if you buy 15 of them you’re bound to hit some of the expensive grails and even out your value, if he bought one and hit one of those CGC 8s would you call it stacked?

Also he spent over 2900 with tax and shipping and only pulled 2700 in cards

@@boonstuff If you buy a lot of boxes you're bound to come out at least even? That's not how this works, lol. The only way it can be profitable to sell these mystery boxes is to make the average real value of the cards less than the retail cost of the box itself. So if you bought $10k worth of boxes, maybe you pull a few cards that are worth $800-$2,000, and collectively, their value should be around $6k, or something like that. Maybe some people pull less value than that, and maybe some people pull even more than $10k in value, but with all of the boxes in existence added together, the collective real value of the cards has to be far less than the collective retail value of the boxes. That's why it's so fishy that a KZbinr would have such amazing luck.

This was a great video! Rev actually got $2,720 worth of cards for $2,700. Not much of a gain price wise, but a huge gain when taking into account how fun it would be to open all these, as well as getting tons of new stuff for your collection!

I watched the video of you opening these the first time and that base set 9 and the 1st edition Dark Charizard were both so amazing. I don’t ever buy mystery boxes, well I rarely buy them, but especially not ones these expensive. But after your video I was fully convinced of buying one but my luck is sip bad that I didn’t haha. So getting to watch you open these awesome boxes again is great…. PSA 8 1st edition Dark Charizard in the first video and PSA 9 1st edition Dark Charizard in this video on top of the Japanese one, so amazing haha.

My local card shop sells Pokémon cards 25¢ each and not all of them are common and uncommon there are nice cards available. See if something like that is near you, there’s something for everyone out here it’s a big community
