The Japan-to-domestic-park comparison is so striking. It shows how incredible Disney parks can be with proper investment. Tokyo DisneySea looks absolutely amazing. And you see in some of these shots from Emma Cast Members every 10 feet. Holding squeegees to siphon off water. Things you just don't see at WDW. It seems like DL is maybe a little better since it's the OG.

Japan’s weather is hectic sometimes but when it’s hot it is hot, it’s mostly the humidity that’s really bad not the hot feeling. And the reason probably Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea is really good is because technically Disney doesn’t own it technically. The last time I went there was over 10 years when I lived in Japan and moving back so excited to go soon :) Winnie the Pooh was always my favorite ride 😊

Could you guys show what rides can be accomplished only with genie+, without using any standby lines? Also, when you played tag, it would've helped to see a map that shows the paths that the team was talking about, like what boats, skyway, shuttles, walkways that they took or could've taken. It would help me learn where things are on a map.

We did! We didn’t need the pocket WiFi for things like texting and posting on social media but for uploading bigger videos or texting photos we did.

Did you use anything specific to get phone or wi-fi access? Last time I was there in 2019, they still had paper fastpass so I need to plan how to make my phone work to be able to do mobile order and the current premier and standby access.

Looks like they customised the rides for Emma. Space Mountain has a moving walkway, and Alice's Tea Party is extra fast (did Emma break her teacups record?). And there is no Astro Orbiter.

I love the paid and free skip the line options there… the US parks have had soooo many years to perfect the fast pass skip the line procedures and still have not… I am allllfor more paid individual lightning lanes most people do not live within a one day driving distance to a Disney park so most people only go every couple years… I am one of those people and will PAY to skip the line … We are Oregonians and I imagine the weather is similar… I actively HATE the Florida weather… Emma called the mist rain “gross” in the video and we laughed out loud because we are genuinely disgusted when we are in Florida… CA is hot but tolerable … I could actually LIVE in Tokyo and enjoy the parks every day if the weather is tolerable like what I am seeing in there videos… the plan is to retire in CA some day but the ex husband lives down there so not nearly as ideal as Japan lol
