Michael, the problem with the meatloaf was that you did not have a big enough pan; had two loafs too close together. The reason it was watery was because it did not have enough room to expand. hope this helps. don't give up on trying meatloaf; try it again Michael. Another great way to make it is 2 eggs and a package of Lipton onion dip mix, & pieces of bread with your ground beef. hope this helps! Ashley

You should always let the meatloaf rest on a raised grill inside the pan while cooking. This allows the grease to drain away. Also, salt, or any type of seasoning that contains salt, isn't necessary. Herbs, spices & powders are all fine, but salt can be added at the table, per individual.
