Something I’ve learned for quite some time is that it’s nearly impossible for me to lose any weight without some sort of cardio in my daily routines. However, the type of cardio has a major impact on how that weight loss goes.

If you watch macros you don't need cardio for weight loss. Cardio is great for heart health and zen
