Brandon, it won't be easy but it is doable. I own a 2010 Vision Tour and have found a number of companies that are devoted to keeping the Victory lines up and running. The parts are out there and accessible. Meanwhile, I will keep your efforts in prayer. I look forward to watching your progress in the future. I am also glad that your brother is OK. Motorcycle's are replaceable, loved family members are not.

Glad your bro is ok. From the sound of the start up you definitely need to change out the starter. I just changed mine out it was making that same noise. I have some factory parts from my 2014 vic cross country if your interested. Original pipes, both left and right saddlebag lids, original seat, aftermarket 5.25 infinity kappa speakers for the front, and a couple of other parts in my garage.

Great stuff as always. One suggestion from an old guy, old school mechanic. Invest in milwaukee cordless tools. I would recommend the 3/8 impact and the ratchet. Both pack plenty of power for cordless and they will 100% cut your tear down times by half. Fun build to watch.

IF that bar had not snapped where it did, you would probably have a twisted frame. That is a good failure. It would have had some major force on that point otherwise. Nice job taking it methodically. I think the bike either spun around or the tow truck pulled it backwards to get the mud in the exhaust pipe.
