This story started off interesting but the whole "I was fired, but I had a super backup plan for this exact reason and bam FBI are involved" this complete bullshit. Company of this size will have a dedicated legal team and in house council that would have handled all of this. For OP to just sit back and watch all of this is not so easy unless you planned for this and prepared to gather all of the information. OP somehow did all of this in few days after being shocked. Oh wait, the company is listed! Yeah this is BS. CEO cannot fire a board member. It needs a vote which involves all of the company directors.

There are a lot of AI stories based on a Reddit post where it happens something similar. Op helps his dad with the business, Dad decides to give the ownership to the bro that did absolute nothing, Op resigns and starts a new business taking over most of the good employees that knew him very well and never liked that decision, Op starts thriving in the new business and stupid dad and bro tries to make op come work with them because bro is useless but he doesn't want to leave the CEO role (Which Op refuses because he is thriving) and the story ends with that basically.
