I Saved THE BEST For Last - Q1 VILLA AT TILISI aka The ROMANCE House

This was my favorite house among the houses that I saw at Tilisi. I loved it because it was on one floor with a sunken living room and master bedroom. Its openness enthralled me. Older people do not have to worry about going up the stairs.
It was also set on a large quarter acre piece of land. That means more space to entertain or host friends and family outdoors when they come to visit.

The price could be that high because: 1. It's in one of those mixed used developments with privately developed infrastructure. 2. This particular one is on a quarter of an acre. 3. The developer saw demand and decided to ramp up the price. But yeah I personally liked it. If designed and built privately I'm sure it would cost far less minus the cost of the land. I just love the way the houses don't look like the regular 'Kenyan' house with a predictable design.
