I love you guys making videos of the good old diy projects for the hobby. I’ve made many like this over 10 years. I used a “chicken egg incubator” thermostat on Amazon and an old bar fridge. Holds 10- 6 qt.

How do you adjust the temperature

@@710adrian8 I'm using a Vivarium Electronics VE200 Pulse Proportional thermostat on the heat tape. The thermostat will keep the temp where you set it.

So the fans in the cooler wouldn’t work? I got a cooler that has two fans, should I use those or the ones you got you think

I have had good luck with the ones I bought, but that doesn't mean the one you have won't work. I think you're safe trying them and seeing if they work.

How are you achieving 99% humidity in it when incubating ball python eggs ?

I use 6qt Sterilite boxes with easy hatch trays and fill with equal parts water and perlite and then put press and seal over the top and close the box. kzbin.info/www/bejne/n6XEZZWCgKqemqssi=BbxPW--Yf39kvgux

Not sure of your experience with this, but it has worked great for me. I'm running 2 of these now.
