On all my 300 pulls, I never got a single: Arlan Misha Hanya (well, I did get her on the perma, but after I had the e6, does that count ?) Gallagher Yukong Or Dan Heng I got some from the events or temporary banners, but I never got any of the characters mentioned above during my 300 warps 💀 Almost only cones, Xueyi or Luka

At least it isn't that bad, considering the new 4 star characters/light come comes into standard banner after the version they debuted. Plus he will have more than enough free pulls through stardust, and the estimated rates of getting a 5 star in standard per 70-90 pulls. The current hurdle is raising all of the new characters for standards tickets and team building, though he might have more than enough resources due to raising so few characters.
