On the thirteenth day of Project ATR, we were returning from ranthambore after two safaris that had yielded no tiger sightings. Unexpectedly, we encountered a massive traffic jam on our route. To our astonishment, a Tigress had emerged from the jungle and was posing for us against a wall. While it brings us immense joy to observe tigers in any setting, it does raise concerns when we see these majestic creatures venturing close to human civilization.
This proximity can be as perilous for them as it is for us. us.
