Orthodox faith? I've been an orthodox and I know everything about it, it's not pure Christianity. They pray and worship Mary and the saints which is forbidden in the Bible. They believe and practice traditions above the Bible teachings like the pharisees in the time of Jesus.

Lots of things make someone feel peaceful, that doesn’t mean it’s true. People often claim Buddhism and meditation gives them peace as well. You can have demons who loosen their grip on you in the spirit which gives you a temporary, false peace. Taking prescription drugs used to make me feel real peaceful, but they weren’t good for me. Islam is a false religion, it’s quite obvious when you read the Quran and Hadiths. Especially the fact that Muhammad told the pagans that it was ok to pray to idols, Allah was the name of the pagan moon god and had three daughters, Al lut, Al uzza, and Al minot. Mohamed told the pagans this was ok, and then 7 years later he said that was the satan putting words in his mouth and it was now not true. This means he deceived the pagans. This means he was not a prophet of God. A prophet will not be deceived by the devil and will not deceive others. Please reach out to God and ask him which religion is true, don’t just believe something bc you want it to be true. Eternity in hell is a long time, and without Jesus you’re going there. He doesn’t want you there, he loves you so much. You came upon this video for a reason.

The passage all you weak people are shoving up to defend your lost ways refers to idols like the golden bull or other statues that are/were the object of worship. Doesn't the Orthodox Church worship Mary? It says in 1 Timothy 2:5-6, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time." I don't think Mary can save anyone even though she was and is a good person. Only Jesus the Christ alone can save us according to John 14:6 and Acts 4:12.

Worshiping and honoring are different. Honor your mother and father but WORSHIP God and believe Jesus Christ is our savior. Inanimate art work of Bibles stories are mere reminders of the stories not to be worshiped.

And why would you need to confess your sins to a priest when you can go directly to God through Jesus Christ and confess your sins? That's what the cross was all about; breaking down the wall of separation of sin between God and man. First, let me say I’m Protestant. But I believe God directs a person based on His understanding of the person and His purpose. It is not an endorsement of the superiority of any denomination. No denomination has the fullness of revelation. We are all body of Christ, Catholics, Orthodox, Protestants. Pray for each other and ask God to give you loyalty to Him and His kingdom and not to a denomination.

Catholic church and Orthodox church use to be one church. then they split in the forth century and Orthodox church kept everything without changing anything, however it is much fundamental church compared to the slightly modern Catholic church. Otherwise they almost identical.

I had an NDE. Gone, just like that. Heart attack half way across a local bridge. Thank God a lovely soul walking passed needed a REALLY good fart. So he sat over my opened mouth, pumped chest a few times and I woke up in heaven. Smelt like a field freshly hewn with cow clap for next harvest. Then I came fully around and paramedics etc there and the guy went with me to the hospital. Angels walk amongst us unawares and they, like the Lord, work in VERY mysterious ways. Never ever forget it. Burned in my memory - and lungs - clearer than any other memory, since last week. I can sense now when passing people if they are dying to pass wind or just a skitter. Is that a psychic gift ??
