He both laughs and cries for that he's killed him in the most cruel way he could think of.hes revenge is done, he won the fight, he's killed him. there's nothing more he can do for her. There's nothing left in him. No love, no family, no purpose... now he's just a murderer. Nothing more or less.

At the end, he didn't cry because he turned into a Devil or felt Unsatisfied. Ever since that faithful night where his beloved, his everything... took away from him by the Devil. His whole life purpose from then on is for vengeance. But once it's done, all that is left is emptiness... TL;DR: It's like you reach the ending of a very emotional game, you felt nothing but emptiness and sorrow... just much more worse.

I feel like also, he cries because he realises after everything the gruesome revenge he finally got didn’t help him. It hasn’t brought his fiancé back and he’s still left empty and lost. It all meant nothing and he has nowhere else to go from here.
