The thing I hate, is that she scams the items and then she keeps them. She could at least recycle them. Plus she doesn't know if they stopped being their ways of scamming. They could stop scamming, and after she scams them they just go up and go scamming again. My advice is for her just to stop completely with these videos. Although there are quite possible chances of her getting the scammer scammed because of what they did is very possible. But they could just have more rage to scam more. Even if they do stop, she keeps the items which makes her look bad. You're still looking bad as a MSP player and a youtuber.

I assume what you did was wrong of you, as you could have handled the situation differently and more conveniently. First of all, you are not technically scamming the item by taking it back lawfully, IF it is rightfully yours If they scammed that item from you, legally, it still belongs to you, because they did not abide by the terms and conditions you both agreed to in order for that user to obtain the items they now have. This indicates that they have stolen something from you, and have committed fraud and crime. In order to get it back whilst abiding the law yourself you must contact MSP and inform them that someone has committed a crime on their website and scammed you out of an item. If MSP does not offer their services despite your valid legal statement and valid evidence you have the right to sue them. Because, if you were to “trick” an item you have to offer the scammer something in return and by not doing so you would be committing fraud, too, wether that item is yours or not.
