Its the fact people are calling him a tryhard, take a look at the goals. The first one is a simple shot to take idk if you guys wanted him to turn around and run the other way, the second shot the goalkeeper drops it right infront of him once again did u want him to not tap the ball in the goal. The last goal he literally waited for Vikk to get onside but he strayed off in which Vikk even apologised about after. If you wanna call someone a tryhard maintain the same standards for everyone. When Simon scores three goals and gets a 10.0 rating people have no issues with it.

Facts it's so annoying. Simon was doing rabonas and all sorts in the first half which I loved seeing but no ones calling him a try hard. I swear people are just annoyed that Speed didn't score even though he was given special treatment like a make a wish kid. Manny did literally nothing wrong, they're just mad he scored for the team that made Speed lose. Completely missing the point this was for entertainment, it's not about who wins. I've seen a lot of Americans unable to grasp that concept tbh. Lowkey these games become way too much about Speed imo and that's why people, especially Americans, expect everyone else to let him win lol.

I feel like people calling him a try hard is more of a compliment. He’s that good that even when he’s barely trying he’s very good. People also have to remember once Theo went down (pray for him to make a full recovery) the tides turned as well as after speeds missed pen almost every play was to get him to score so because of that many goal opportunities were gone.
